CSBI is committed to maintaining high standards of integrity, transparency and regulatory compliance and encourages the reporting of genuine concerns relating to fraud, regulatory misconduct, financial crime, serious malpractice or other improper practices.
Where a whistleblower reasonably believes that a matter cannot be appropriately addressed through CSBI's internal whistleblowing arrangements, or where disclosure to the regulator is considered appropriate under applicable laws, the matter may be reported directly to the Financial Services Commission Mauritius ("FSC Mauritius") through its dedicated Whistleblowing Desk.
Information on the reporting process, including the prescribed Whistleblowing Form, is available on the FSC Mauritius Whistleblowing webpage.
Whistleblowing disclosures may be submitted to the FSC Mauritius:
- By email: whistleblowingdesk@fscmauritius.org
- By post or in person: in accordance with the procedures published by the FSC Mauritius.
